By accessing or using ReplyNodes (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
ReplyNodes is a read-only public research and data layer for AI agents. It retrieves public web, brand, app-store, video, and community context through documented APIs and remote MCP. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
The Service retrieves publicly available data from third-party sources and APIs. ReplyNodes does not ask you to connect your own social accounts, does not request permission to publish on your behalf, and does not create, update, delete, schedule, or otherwise modify content on any third-party platform. Your use of retrieved data remains subject to the applicable source's terms, and ReplyNodes is not responsible for the availability, policies, or API changes of third-party sources; access to a given source may be limited or revoked independently of ReplyNodes.
You are responsible for the API keys and credentials you use to access the Service and for keeping them secure. You retain ownership of any materials you submit to the Service, such as queries or configuration. You grant ReplyNodes a limited, non-exclusive license to process those submissions solely as necessary to operate the Service. Data returned by the Service may be subject to third-party rights; you are responsible for how you use retrieved data and for complying with applicable terms and laws.

The Service may offer AI-assisted retrieval, chat, and agent (MCP) tools. Outputs from these features may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it and for complying with applicable disclosure requirements for AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
The Service is offered as subscription packages with a unified credit balance. Paid subscriptions are billed at the then-current rate and billing terms presented when you subscribe. Credits are consumed only by successful read requests; failed, blocked, unauthorized, unsupported, provider-error, and timeout requests are not charged. Paid overage is opt-in and capped as described on the pricing page. We will provide notice of any material price change that affects your subscription where required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including account information and the public-data requests you make through the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@replynodes.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with a third-party source's policies or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyNodes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated to you in advance where required by law.
